Our diverse panel of coaches are all former corporate leaders experienced in coaching senior executives on a range of topics from career transition to leadership skills. Our coaches are fully accredited by leading professional institutions, and certified in a variety of psychometric tools such as DiSC, Hogan Assessments, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) amongst others. While they each have their own individual styles, they all co-create a partnership of trust with our clients, often resulting in long-term relationships.

Interview Preparation
Do you know what impression you are making on interviewers?
You get one seven-second chance to make a first impression. In fact, research shows that an interviewer will decide your trustworthiness in a tenth of second.
Over the years, we’ve seen a number of strong candidates get rejected in spite of being an excellent fit for the role – because they didn’t interview well.
Most of us only interview every couple of years or even every five or ten years. So, it’s not a surprise that we feel nervous, or just don’t know how to put the best and most authentic versions of ourselves forward. This has been made more complex in recent times with the rise of virtual interviews.
At The Office Limited, we go beyond just finding the right role for you. We help you get it! Our career consultant, Rinkoo Ramchandani, will work closely with you, addressing challenges ranging from your body language to your blind spots and brand image. She will collaborate with you to curate or fine-tune key messages, as well as share strategies on bringing your whole self across as confident and relaxed.
