Cybil Shum

Cybil has a wealth of experience in both profit and non-profit sectors. Her career spans across education, arts and cultural including her leadership positions as Chief Operating Officer, Head of Operations in NGO and Global Educational Institute.  

 

Her passion has been the transformative power of education and talent development. She drives the impactful journey in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and a broader role of International Sales and Marketing in education business and cultural sectors. 
 

As a graduate from University of Hong Kong (HKU) specialised in Globalisation in Education Context and Talents Development in Schools, Cybil believes innovative incubation in education is an essential element of the global response to social betterment. She also holds MBA (UK), familiar with both corporate and NGO environments that deliver social and business impacts. 

 

She has multiple passions to involve different economic, education, and cultural initiatives for good causes. She is the Executive Producer for TEDx Talk in Climate Change, aims to inspire society and business world for climate action and sustainability initiatives. 

 

In her spare time, Cybil plays competitive table tennis. She also enjoys singing, poetry writing and viticulture world.
