About this Program

The Young Leaders Platform™️ (TYLP) is an all-encompassing transformative leadership training program for university students in Year 2 and above aspiring to become global leaders of tomorrow. The structured curriculum aims to prepare youth with real life situations by empowering them with tools, professional practices, hands-on experience through mentorship, internship and career development.  

TYLP is a youth development initiative of The Office Limited, a leading boutique executive search firm specializing in consumer and retail sectors.
